With a HUGE thanks to Keith over at Berryphotos, we can now say that our picture galleries are up.  He has put all of the pictures online for viewing and purchase, so follow this link to head on over to Berryphotos Nick and Chelsea Brideau gallery!

We really like how most of them turned out.  There are over 800 photos there for you to view, so it might be easier to use the gallery function first.  Again, thanks to everyone who came out to the cape to celebrate with us, we had a blast.

We had the most AMAZING wedding!  The entire day was everything we could have asked for.

Of course, it would not have been what it was without a lot of people.  The first people we would like to thank are our families.  We have received so much support in so many aspects from our families, this event would not have been possible without them.  We also have to thank all our venders, everyone we hired was very polite and professional and made the event go smoothly.  And of course, we have to thank all of our guests 98% of which traveled to Falmouth to celebrate with us.  We are so happy that so many people made it, and even though we likely did not get a chance to talk to everyone at length, be assured that we appreciated your presence.

More updates coming soon, including maybe a place for everyone to share photos, as well as our professional pictures information.

We have heard from our friends that the InnSeason Resort Harborwalk has rooms available on at least the 13th and the 14th (maybe the 15th too) for $99 per night.  Plus, the hotel is 1/3 of a mile from the Flying Bridge, so you could easily walk to and from the hotel to our wedding!  Let us know if you have luck with booking rooms here, or if you find out that they have sold out.

We have found an additional hotel that looks promising.  The rates are very reasonable, it is located in Falmouth, and has a pool and free wireless internet.  The website is: http://carletoncircle.com.  We also looked on an external website (Orbitz or Expedia, etc…) for availability and it looks like there are still rooms available.  Disclaimer: We have no idea how nice the rooms are!!

Chelsea’s sister’s boyfriend is an avid fisherman and is interested in doing some deep-sea fishing while he is in Cape Cod.  He has looked into rates and trips and has found a few that look interesting.

So, if anybody is interested in signing up for a deep-sea fishing charter sometime between August 8th and 16th, contact Paul Zeits at: pzeits@mail.chem.tamu.edu.

We have fixed the page on our site that will host many of the photo albums and also contains the guestbook feature.  It has been renamed to “Pictures” and is the on the right hand side of the navigation menu on the top of the page.  On this page we have a link to a photo album of us together, as well as some pictures of the wedding party so everyone can familiarize themselves with them.  We also have some links (not active yet) to what will end up being galleries of pictures from our special day for everyone to share and enjoy.

As a bonus feature on the bottom, we have added an electronic guestbook.  Please sign yourselves up and say hello!

The Holiday Inn in Falmouth is already sold out for the weekend of August 14th.  There are some rooms available on Sunday, but Friday and Saturday there is no availability.

We have heard from a few people that the guestbook feature does not work if you use a PC.  We’re trying to solve this mystery and will let you know when we have it all figured out!

We have added more details regarding airports (including directions to Falmouth/Woods Hole), transportation to and from the airports to Cape Cod, and hotels.  Unfortunately, since our wedding falls during high season on Cape Cod, none of the dozen or so hotels we contacted would allow us to reserve room blocks, which we would have liked to have done.  We apologize for the inconvenience and have listed links to several hotels in the area, as well as links to home rentals via “vacation rentals by owner.”  All of this information is listed on the “Cape Cod” page.

If you make it to the “Photo Albums” tab on the navigation bar we have added a guestbook feature to the bottom. Please feel free to fill out the form and say hello to everyone!

ps The links for the actual photo albums aren’t active yet, we have to finish assembling them. We’ll be sure to post an announcement on this page when they are ready so check back soon!
